Office Hours

We will respond promptly to customer requests during our regular office hours.

Monday–Friday:  8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday:  10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Sundays and holidays: Closed  

If You Decide To Use Our Services, We Ask That You:

• complete our Contract and provide proof of current vaccinations before the first scheduled visit
• provide a key or door code 

If you would like us to return to pick up a key, do a practice visit or for any other reason, there will be a charge. 

Reservations

Please make all requests and changes at least 24 hours in advance. We understand emergencies occur and circumstances change, but because we plan and staff for all our clients in advance, we must enforce charges for last-minute requests and cancellations. 

Last-Minute Requests

Requests for new visits or changes to current visits made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $5 surcharge per visit. A visit request made less than two hours in advance will incur a $10 surcharge. 

Requests for Monday service must be received by 2:00 p.m. Saturday to avoid last-minute surcharges.

Cancellations 

Pet Sitting

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will incur a 50% charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full

Dog walking

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur a charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge
• Cancellations made less than four hours in advance will be charged in full

Pet Sitting on Holidays 

We offer pet sitting on holidays for an extra charge.

• Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day: $10 per visit surcharge
• All other major holidays and the surrounding weekend: $5 per visit surcharge  

All reservations for these holidays must be paid in full two weeks in advance. Cancellations are partially refunded if made at least one week in advance:

• Cancellations made two weeks in advance are 50% refundable (amount can be credited to future services)
• Cancellations made one week in advance are 25% refundable
• Cancellations made less than one week in advance are non-refundable

Keys

Please provide two sets of keys, or a key and a code. One set will be kept in the office as a backup and one will remain with your sitter. If you do not want us to keep a key on file, there will be a $10 charge per trip for key pickup and return.  

We do not leave homes unlocked or encourage the hiding of keys. 

Payment

We accept cash and checks. Services must be paid in full on the first day of service. For recurring appointments, payment can be made at the end of each month.
